To all of you who say "...I would SO love to live and work in Key West!" You are invited to either email us your qualifications, which we will keep on file, or BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, you are invited to come meet Rita Clark, owner, and/or Ken and Candy, our on site management team, to see how much they love living and working in Paradise. We are always open to discussions regarding future workamper opportunities, and Ken and Candy will be happy to show you around if you make an appointment. Please schedule your appointment via email -- the phone can be busy and guests/reservations have to take priority over applicant phone calls.

To give you a brief idea of what it entails, Ken and Candy live on Lot 1, a large canal front, 35 x 85 ft lot, with its own private dock and private tiki hut. Ideal future couples will work about 20 hrs apiece in exchange for a site that normally rents for over $4,400 per month in winter, about half that in summer. Looking for self-directed people - you will be setting your own work schedule. Basically minor landscape work, but you will be required to lift a trash can full of palm fronds over your head to put it in the dumpster. Experience with Campground Master, Excel, and either Word Perfect or Microsoft Word is a REAL plus.

Normally, the winter workampers will be the same couple who worked the past summer. We do all our upgrades and heavy maintenance in the summer months. Winter months are the reward for summer work!
