To all of you who say "I would SO love to live and work in Key West..."

Our trusted veteran hosts were scheduled to leave early May, and the intended summer season management team was unable to work as planned.  The summer fishing/diving season is just beginning, and we are seeking a couple that enjoys all that the Keys have to offer in the summer months.

You are invited to email us your qualifications.  Or BY APPOINTMENT, you are invited to come meet the owner, and/or our on site management team.  They will show you their home on Lot 1, with private tiki and private dock, and you can see how much they love living and working in Paradise.  Please schedule your appointment via email -- the phone can be busy and guests/reservations take priority over applicant phone calls.

Our main office is out of the park, but our managers are required to live on site - but hey, it's Key West! And your site will be Lot 1, a large canal front, 35 x 85 ft lot, with its own private dock and private tiki hut. This is an RV site that normally rents for over $4,400 per month in winter, about half that in summer. Looking for a self-directed couple with the ability to set your own work schedule.  Landscape and maintenance tasks (NO toilets/showers to clean!) and reservations/customer service are the backbone of the positions. We place a premium on customer service. Think of yourself as a potential concierge at the nicest resort you have ever visited.

Want further information on tasks/qualifications? One person must have some experience with either Microsoft Word or Word Perfect, and knowledge of Excel helps.  Experience with reservations programs a plus, but people with computer skills can learn the reservations program in a snap!  Landscaping?  Prior knowledge of Florida plants is not as important as desire to make things look nice.  Physical fitness is important.  Cleaning lots can be a hot, tiring task in Florida, and you might be required to lift a trash can full of palm fronds over your head to put it in a dumpster.

Workamping experience is not required, but RV experience is a must.    Email your resume to
