If you do not wish to pay for storage at BWK, the closest off site storage is StorageMart.
(3 miles - near MM 11) 305-296-3805.
You can store a 20 ft boat or boat trailer there, subject to availability of space.
As of 5/20/07, storage cost at StorageMart was $184.10/mo, including tax.
Alternate storage facilities are on Big Pine (16 miles) or Stock Island (10 miles).
