Some owners rent or loan their lots privately, which is each owner's right. Some owners choose not to rent at all. The on-site rental service charges additional fee to owners if credit cards are used by renters. Taxes are usually between $2,500 and $4,500/yr., based upon 2008 tax bills. Owner pays electric and water, which average about $160/month, but can be over $200/month . Owner pays for landscaping on site, usually about $65/mo. Association dues for 2006 were $3,000.
